This is a unique and
battery-powered device for the neck and
shoulders.
EXPAIN Relax Neck & Shoulders
has hard and soft massage and active heat.
This innovative device is safe to use,
medication free, easy to use, discreet in the
couch, comfortable - and above all, it gives
you the opportunity to live an active life.
Before Use
EXPAIN Relax Neck & Shoulders
is
designed for personal use. Read the
instructions and safety precautions
before use.
You can use
EXPAIN Relax Neck &
Shoulders
on battery or with a cable to
the wall. Charge the device for 2 hours
before the first time you start using it. Place
the transformer plug in the socket. Insert
the USB cable in the transformer plug,
and then insert it in the
EXPAIN Relax
Neck & Shoulders
-USB connector. The
indicator light on the main unit lights red
during charging, and purple when it is fully
charged. The device is fully charged after 2
hours (2100 mAh).
Massage Function
EXPAIN Relax Neck & Shoulders
consists
of 4 innovative massage heads which can
rotate in two directions. By rotating in one
direction, the massage heads give soft
massage. By rotating in the other direction
the massage heads give hard massage.

Turn on the massage by holding
the on / off button for 2 seconds.
2.
Place the neck massager behind
the neck or shoulders or where
your muscle pain is.
3.
The neck massager is now
running a 15 minute massage
program with active heating.
4.
You can change the direction
by a short press on the
on/off button. The massage
changes from hard to soft or
soft to hard. Hard and soft
massage is indicated by blue or
purple light respectively.
5.
If the massage stops, you may
need to charge the battery or
