PACK. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
THAT THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE READ
THOROUGHLY BEFORE OPERATING THE
APPLIANCE.
WARNING!
Aerosols and highly flammable
materials must NOT be stored in the
compartment behind or adjacent to the
heater.
Some Explorer Group caravans have
been fitted with a facility to provide
warm air heater to the awning. Full
details of how to provide this facility
are contained within your Owner’s
Information Pack. Please note that
having the awning warmer open when
no awning is present will affect the
performance of the rest of the blown air
system.
SONATIC GAS LEVEL INDICATOR
Some Explorer Group caravans are fitted with
the Sonatic gas level indicator. Full operating
instructions are contained within your Owner’s
Information Pack.
THETFORD CASSETTE TOILET
Your caravan is fitted with a cassette toilet.

OWNER’S INFORMATION PACK.
WARNING!
•
Cold Weather Use – to prevent freezing
during cold weather use, add anti-freeze to
the toilet system fresh water tank. Use a
non-toxic (propylene-glycol) type of anti-
freeze. Refer to chart on container to obtain
level of protection.
•
Warmer weather or longer intervals
between emptying the waste tank may
require additional toilet fluid. Use only
Thetford toilet fluid to achieve the best
results.
Caution: Never add toilet fluid directly into
toilet bowl.
•
Do not use strong household detergents or
cleaners that contain chlorine, solvents or
acid contents.
•
High Altitude and Hot Weather Use – with
large temperature differences and changing
heights during towing, over pressure can
start to build up in the waste holding tank,
causing contents to splash upward upon
opening the valve blade if opened too fast.
