Assembly

Please refer to the illustrations at the back of these user instructions.

It takes 2 people to assemble the barbecue.

1.  Attach firebox side panels(10, 35) to firebox front panel(13) and firebox rear 

panel(9) using (BB) M6x10 screws.

2.  Attach the air vent (34) to the right outside of firebox using (AA) M6 flange 

nut, (EE) M6 washer and (BB) M6x10 screws. Repeat for left side of firebox.

3.  Put the leg end cap (16) on 2pcs legs (14,15).
4.  Attach 2 pcs legs (14,15) to right side of firebox using (BB) M6x10 screws. 

Attach 2 pcs remaining legs (25,26) to left side of fire box with (BB) M6x10 

screws.

5.  Attach bottom shelf (21) to legs using (BB) M6x10 screws.
6.  Slide the wheels axle (22) through the holes on the legs. Attach the wheels (23) 

onto the ends of the wheels axle using 2 pcs M10 nuts (JJ).

7.  Turn grill upside down, attach handle (7) and handle set (11) to the left side 

legs (14,15) with (II) M6x70 screws. Attach the charcoal door locking level 

(30), charcoal door handle base (29) and charcoal door handle (28) to the char-

coal door attached to the firebox front panel (13) using (AA) M6 flange nut.

8.  Insert the handle bar grip (32) into the hole on the right side of the firebox front 

panel (13) using (BB) M6x10 screws.

9.  Insert the handle bar grip (31) into the adjustable charcoal pan (17) and into the 

hole on the right side of the firebox front panel (31) using (KK) M6 slot screw. 

Attach adjustable charcoal pan (17) of the left and right transmission supports 

to the firebox side panels (10, 35) using (BB) M6x10 screws.
