Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen
aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät noch die
Anleitung kennen. In den Händen unerfahrener
Personen können diese Geräte eine Gefahr darstellen.

Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien
Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob
am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden
vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere
Faktoren, die den sicheren Betrieb der Maschine
beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens
muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben
werden.

Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern.
f)
Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen
nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal und mit
Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur
so wird die Sicherheit während der Nutzung
gewährleistet.
g)
Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu
gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten
Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.
h) Beachten Sie bei Transport zwischen Lager und
Bestimmungsort und Handhabung des Gerätes die
Grundsätze für Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz des
Landes, in dem das Gerät verwendet wird. .

Vermeiden Sie Situationen, in denen das Gerät bei
laufendem Betrieb unter schwerer Last stoppt.
Dies kann zu Überhitzung und damit zu einer
Beschädigung des Gerätes führen.
j)
Berühren Sie keine beweglichen Teile oder
Zubehörteile, es sei denn, das Gerät wurde vom Netz
getrennt.
k)
Es ist verboten, das Gerät während des Betriebs zu
schieben, umzustellen oder zu drehen.
l)
Lassen Sie dieses Gerät während des Betriebs nicht
unbeaufsichtigt.
m) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit
sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.
n)
Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Reinigung und Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durch eine
erwachsene Person durchgeführt werden..

Bevor Sie mit Übungen beginnen, konsultieren
Sie einen Arzt, um festzustellen, dass es keine
gesundheitlichen Bedenken gibt.

Vor der Verwendung des Gerätes immer
Aufwärmübungen einlegen.
u)
Wenn Sie während des Trainings störende Symptome
verspüren, z. B. Schmerzen in der Brust, Schwindel,
Atemnot usw., hören Sie sofort mit dem Training auf
und suchen Sie einen Arzt auf.
v)
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine stabile, trockene
und ebene Oberfläche, wobei darauf zu achten ist,
dass ein Freiraum von mindestens 0,6 m um den
Multifunktionsbank-Bauchtrainer eingehalten wird.
w)
Es wird davon abgeraten, das Gerät ohne vorherige
Rücksprache mit einem Arzt zu verwenden. Dies gilt
vor allem:

für Personen mit Kontraindikationen durch den Arzt
oder wenn sie sich krank fühlen,
•
Menschen mit schweren Krankheiten,
•
Personen die folgende Krankheitsbilder aufweisen:
Bluthochdruck, Herzkrankheiten, Sklerose und

Personen, die an Osteoporose leiden;
•
Personen mit Herzschrittmachern oder sonstigen
implantierten medizinischen Geräten.

Das Gerät nicht eine Stunde vor oder nach
einer Mahlzeit einsetzen, da sich unerwünschte
Nebenerscheinungen einstellen können.
y)
Halten Sie das Gerät von Feuchtigkeit und Staub
fern.
z)
Das Gerät kann nur von einer Person gleichzeitig
genutzt werden.
aa) Hören Sie auf zu trainieren, wenn Sie sich müde oder
erschöpft fühlen.
bb) Es wird schwangeren Frauen nicht empfohlen, das
Gerät zu verwenden.
cc) Verlassen Sie das Gerät nicht, während der Laufgurt
läuft.
dd) Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es nicht korrekt
ausgeklappt bzw. auseinandergelegt ist.
ee) Legen Sie keine Gegenstände auf den Laufbandgurt.

Beginnen Sie das Training nicht ohne
Sicherheitsschlüssel.
gg) Es wird empfohlen, Sportschuhe zu verwenden,
wenn Sie das Gerät verwenden.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
a)
The plug must fit the socket. Do not modify the
plug in any way. Using original plugs and matching
sockets reduces the risk of electric shock.
b)
Avoid touching earthed elements such as pipes,
heaters, boilers and refrigerators. There is an
increased risk of electric shock if the earthed device
is exposed to rain, comes into direct contact with
a wet surface or is operating in a damp environment.
Water getting into the device increases the risk of
damage to the device and of electric shock.

Do not touch the device with wet or damp hands.
d)
Use the cable only for its designated use. Never
use it to carry the device or to pull the plug out of
a socket. Keep the cable away from heat sources, oil,
sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or tangled
cables increase the risk of electric shock.

If using the device in a damp environment cannot
be avoided, a residual current device (RCD) should
be applied. The use of an RCD reduces the risk of
electric shock.

Do not use the device if the power cord is damaged

PERSONAL SAFETY
a)
Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can significantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b)
The device is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience
and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by
a person responsible for their safety or they have
received instruction on how to operate the device.
c)
To prevent the device from accidentally switching on,
make sure the switch is on the OFF position before
connecting to a power source.
d)
Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device, keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.
e)
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair
and clothes away from moving parts. Loose clothing,
jewellery or long hair may get caught in moving
parts.
f)
The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
SAFE DEVICE USE
a)
Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and must be repaired.
b)
Disconnect the device from the power supply
before commencement of adjustment, cleaning and
maintenance. Such a preventive measure reduces
the risk of accidental activation.
c)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
d)
Keep the device in perfect technical condition.
Before each use check for general damage and
especially check for cracked parts or elements and
for any other conditions which may impact the safe
operation of the device. If damage is discovered,
hand over the device for repair before use.
e)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
f)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualified persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.

To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
