y
The declared aggregate vibration value and the decla-
red noise emission level were measured in accordance
with standard testing methodology and may be used
for the comparison of one tool with another. The
declared aggregate vibration value and the declared
noise emission level may also be used for determining
preliminary exposure.
•
WARNING
y
Vibration and noise emissions during actual use of the
power tool may differ from the declared values depen-
ding on the method in which the tool is used, particu-
larly the type of workpiece that is being worked on.
y
It is necessary to determine the safety measurement for
the protection of the operator, which is based on the
assessment of exposure under real operating conditions
(to include all the parts of the work cycle such as time
for which the tool is turned off and when running idle
outside the time that it is in operation).
I. Description – purpose of use
Cordless jig saw
Extol® Premium SHARE 20 V
is intended
for performing dividing and shaped cuts, particularly in wood and chipboard with the use of saw
blades that are intended for the given type of material, as well as for cutting metals, plastics,
ceramic boards and rubber on firm bases, furthermore for cutting plasterboard, cement-chipboard
materials (however, only with intensive vacuum cleaner dust extraction connected). Adjusting the
orbital action for a given material enables cutting speed to be adapted.
Thanks to the quick coupling system for "Bosch" saw blades, it is possible to replace a saw
blade without the use of tools and it is possible to clamp various brands of "Bosch" saw blades
available on the market in the saw.
Adjustable orbital action (0+3) ba-
sed on the cut material for optimal
cutting speed.
Option to set an incline cutting
angle in the range 90°±45°.
LED light for illuminating the work area.
Option to set the blowing away of sawdust from the cutting
location or the option of connecting a dust vacuum cleaner
for a clean working environment.
The cordless jig saw is part of the
SHARE 20 V
cordless power
tool range that is powered using the same of battery.
The cordless jig saw variant
Extol® Premium 8891824
is
supplied with a Li-ion battery
2000 mAh
, 20 V and a charger
with a charging current of 2.4 A
.
The cordless jig saw variant
Extol® Premium 8891825
is supplied
without a battery and charger
at
a lower purchase price for the situation where the user has already purchased the battery and charger with
another cordless power tool from the
SHARE 20 V cordless product range
.
Thanks to the
very slow self-discharge of the Li-ion battery
, the battery remains
ready for use even long after it has been charged. Furthermore, the
Li-ion battery
can be recharged at any time
, regardless of its charge level without reducing its
capacity.
The battery is equipped with
electronic protection against full discharge and overloading
,
which damages it and which shuts off el. power supply when the battery's terminal voltage falls
below a certain threshold.
