ERSTE EINSCHALTUNG UND VERWENDUNG
Beim ersten Einschalten der Anlage ist zu prüfen, dass:
•
Die Lagereinheit stabil ist und die Leitungen korrekt mit dem DOSIERER verbunden sind
•
Sich im Inneren der Lagereinheit KEINE Gegenstände, Lappen oder Verarbeitungsrückstände befinden, dann in ihr Inneres eine solche
Menge an Brennstoff (Pellets) entladen, dass sie den Mindestfüllstandssensor überschreitet
•
Die elektrischen Anschlüsse korrekt und sicher befestigt sind
•
Die Ablassklappe des DOSIERERS geschlossen ist und, dass im Tank des Heizkessels noch Platz für das Nachfüllen von weiterem Brennstoff
besteht.
•
Die Led des Mindestfüllstandssensors eingeschaltet ist.
•
Die Klappe ungefähr zur Hälfte geöffnet ist, bevor die Brennstoffversorgungsanlage in Betrieb genommen wird
.
An diesem Punkt kann die Förderung des Brennstoffs beginnen; positionieren Sie
den roten Leuchtschalter
auf 1, die Anlage startet den
Betrieb.
Das System arbeitet durch den Wechsel von Ansaugvorgängen und Ruhezeiten (ca. 10 Sekunden), die es dem in den DOSIERER gesaugten
Brennstoff ermöglichen, in den Tank des Heizkessels zu fallen.
Um
die Betriebszeit des Motors zu regulieren und festzulegen
, ist es erforderlich, mit einem Schraubendreher auf das Potentiometer an
der elektrischen Schalttafel (siehe Abbildung) einzuwirken; im Uhrzeigersinn wird die Laufzeit des Motors erhöht, umgekehrt, kann gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn die Laufzeit des Motors verkürzt werden.
Es ist wichtig, dass die Betriebszeit ausreicht, um nur so viel Brennstoff zu befördern, dass der DOSIERER etwa zur Hälfte gefüllt ist (siehe
Aufkleber MAX LEVEL); bei einer kürzeren Betriebszeit kann weniger Brennstoff befördert werden, aber bei einer zu langen Betriebszeit
könnte der DOSIERER überfüllt und die Anlage beschädigt werden.
Die Betriebszeit kann auch in Zukunft geändert werden, um sie an eine andere Art oder ein anderes Gewicht des beförderten Brennstoffs
anzupassen.
Wenn der Füllstand des Brennstoffs in der motorisierten Lagereinheit sinkt, unterbricht der darin befindliche Sensor den Betrieb des Motors
und lässt die Förderanlage im Stand-by-Modus; sobald der korrekte Füllstand wieder erreicht ist, wird die Anlage automatisch wieder gestartet.
Für eine optimale Befüllung des DOSIERERS ist zu kontrollieren, dass bei jedem Betriebszyklus ca. 2,6 kg Pellets (Typ ENplus A1) in
den DOSIERER gelangen, was etwa der Hälfte seines Innenvolumens entspricht. Im Falle eines geringeren Füllstands kann dies keine
Folgen haben, aber bei einem Füllstand, der weit über dem optimalen Füllstand liegt, können Defekte und Geräusche im Betrieb des
SAUGMODULS und Verstopfungen in den Förderleitungen des Brennstoffs auftreten.
Es wird daher empfohlen, die Betriebszeiten am Bedienfeld entsprechend einzustellen und sie mindestens bei jedem Nachfüllen der
Lagereinheit des Brennstoffs zu prüfen.

ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT
Der Thermoschutzschalter hat die Aufgabe, die
elektrischen und elektronischen Teile der Anlage
vor Überströmen und Kurzschlüssen zu schützen.
Bei korrektem Betrieb befindet sich der
Schutzschalterknopf innerhalb seines Sitzes,
während er bei einem Auslösen der Sicherung
leicht aus seinem Sitz herausragt.
Die Rückstellung muss manuell durch Drücken des
Tasters erfolgen und ist nur dann wirksam, wenn
die Ursache der Störung beseitigt wurde.
Wenn die Störung wiederholt auftritt, ist der Einsatz
eines Fachtechnikers erforderlich.
MAX LEVEL
Eine weitere Anpassung der Betriebszeiten könnte erforderlich sein,
wenn sich das spezifische Gewicht oder die Art des zu transportierenden
Brennstoffs auch nur geringfügig ändert. In diesen Fällen reicht es aus,
die Betriebszeiten am Bedienfeld neu zu kalibrieren, so dass sie immer
noch ausreichen, um den Dosierer bei jedem Zyklus bis zu dem auf dem
Aufkleber MAX LEVEL angegebenen Füllstand mit Brennstoff zu füllen.
