Under this program, the extensions are entered one by one.
After entering the program number, enter the first extension to
be placed in the
list-of-invalid-extensions
. The extensions must
be of a fixed length as programmed under
Program No. 204.
The
unit will check for validity and store that extension in the
memory
and then give 2 short beeps
to indicate that you can
now enter the next extension.
An all-0 extension is invalid and a
*
in the extension is invalid. If
an invalid extension is entered, the unit will prompt
“This entry
is invalid”
and return to the
“Enter Program number”
