= 0513, 0455, 0155 (for 362)
401 - 420
Prefixed state - nearby state group.
All the states in the US have been grouped into 21 groups. So, if you want to set your charges
more accurately depending on the actual distance from your property to each of the other states,
these bands could be used to shorten the programming time. The charges entered under these
bands - e.g. 413 (which is for Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico) - would be copied onto the
respective bands for each of these three states. Details of the state groups are given at the end of
this manual.
501 - 530
Prefixed international country code band. Each band is programmed as a typical
group. List of countries, their codes and the charges are given at the end of this manual.
Default charges (from band 205) = 0350, 0275, 0155

626
USER DEFINED WARNING NUMBERS
627
USER DEFINED WARNING EXCHANGES
628
USER DEFINED WARNING BANDS
629
USER DEFINED WARNING AREA CODES
630
USER DEFINED WARNING EXTENSIONS
For each of these User defined bands, the entry program is same as in program # 110.
The number of digits that need to be entered, during
A
dd or
D
elete or
S
earch, for each of the UDF
bands, will depend on the type of entry being made. For example, 3 digits must be entered for
Area codes, exchanges and bands. Extensions may be of variable lengths, but will be stored as 4
digit numbers. The country codes may be of variable lengths (maximum 5 digits). When entering
less than the maximum number of digits, press ENTER key to end the entry.
For bands 622 to 626 - specific / warning numbers, the numbers of digits may be a minimum of 1
to a maximum of 14. For example, for band 622, if you entered "1203” and “01191794543555”, all
Long distance calls to area code 203 would be charged as per band 622 and all calls to the specific
number 01191794543555 would be charged as per band 622.
When a call record is being checked for called-number matches in the Specific number User
defined bands, all digits of an entry in the UDF band must match with as many digits of the called
number. It does not matter if the called number has more digits than the entry in the UDF band.
Hence, if you just enter “1” in the UDF band 622, all calls which have 1 as their first digit will be
taken as matched under band 622.
