2. Remove the carburetor fuel sediment cup with
its rubber seal ring.
3. Wash the removed parts in solvent, dry them
thoroughly.
WARNING
Never clean the fuel sediment cup with flamma ble
or low flash-point detergents to avoid the risk of a
fire or explosion.
4.
Replace the rubber seal ring with a new one if
needed.
5. Reinstall the rubber seal ring and sediment cup
and secure in position.
6. Turn the fuel valve to “ON” position and check
for any fuel leaks.
FUEL FILTER
The fuel tank may be fitted with a filter, depend ing
on tiller model, situated at the fuel tank cap. The
fuel filter can be picked out and should be checked
periodically. If the filter is dirty, clean it and replace it
with a new one when required. In case the inside of
the fuel tank is dirty, it can be cleaned by rinsing the
fuel tank with clean petrol.
CLEANING
Use a small soft brush to clean the outside of the
unit. Do not use strong detergents. Household
cleaners that contain aromatic oils such as pine and
lemon and solvents such as kerosene can damage
plastic housing or handle. Wipe off any moisture
with a soft cloth.
STORAGE
WARNING
Never store the unit with fuel in the tank and always
allow the unit to cool before storing. Store the unit
only in dry and well ventilated areas.
WARNING
Appliance and accessories that are not completely
drained can be destroyed by frost or mold. To avoid
damage:
1. Turn off the appliance.
2. Turn off the water supply.
3. Detach spray lance from the trigger gun.
4. Push the lever of the trigger gun until no more
water is coming out.
5. Detach the appliance from the water supply.
In case the unit will be stored for an extended time,
use the following storage procedure:
1. Drain all fuel from the fuel tank and carburator.
2. Replace the engine oil with new.
3. Remove the spark plug and put 30 ml of high
quality motor oil into the cylinder. Pull the
starter rope slowly to distribute the oil. Rein
-
stall the spark plug.
4.
Thoroughly clean the unit and inspect for any
loose or damaged parts. Repair or replace dam
-
aged parts and tighten loose screws, nuts or
bolts.
5. Lubricate all parts required with an oil damp
cloth to avoid rust built-up.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle raw materials instead of disposing as waste.
Machine, accessories and packaging should be sort-
ed for environment friendly recycling. The plastic
components are labeled for categorized recycling.
Dispose used motor oil and the containers in a man
-
ner that is compatible with the environment. We
suggest you take it in a sealed container to your local
recycling center or service station for reclamation.
Do not throw it in the trash, pour it on the ground, or
pour it down a drain.
WARRANTY
This product is warranted in accordance with the le-
gal / country specific regulations, effective from the
date of purchase by the first user. Damage attribut
-
able to normal wear and tear, overload or improper
handling will be excluded from the warranty. In case
of a claim, please send the machine, completely as
-
sembled, to your dealer or the official service center.
