Setting Up Network Load Balancing Services
The Network Load Balancing service is included in all Windows 2003
Server versions, but is has to be installed and configured before it can be
used.
Configuring TCP/IP and Network Load Balancing Settings
All settings should be identical for all servers in the cluster, except the IP
address which should be unique for each server.
