·Check whether the temperature setting is too high
Low Cooling Efficiency:
·Check whether there is too much food in the refrigerator
·Check whether the food temperature in the refrigerator is too high
·Check whether the door is closed properly
·Check whether the door seal is damaged or deformed, resulting in unsealed
·Check whether ventilation around the refrigerator is good

There is a sound of "water flowing" in the refrigerator:
·This is normal and it's caused by the flow of refrigerant
Abnormal noise when the refrigerator starts:
·Check whether the refrigerator is placed on a flat, level surface
·Check whether the surrounding objects are moving
· At the moment when the compressor starts, the motor runs from a standstill to a high speed. At
this time, the sound will be slightly louder. When the speed is stable, the sound will decrease. It is a
normal phenomenon.
Water droplets around the enclosure and door seal:
When the moisture in the humid air contacts the shell with lower temperature, it will naturally
liquefy and condense into water droplets, which is a normal phenomenon.
