Tagliare il cordone luminoso solo nei punti contras-
segnati

. Per le movimentazioni manuali, seguire
le istruzioni della Barriera. Verificare sul Catalistino
l’adeguatezza della molla di bilanciamento; se neces-
sario sostituirla.

Inserire il connettore del cavo elettrico nel cordone
luminoso 1. Alimentare temporaneamente a 24 V
"
per
verificare il funzionamento (vedi passo 6). Sigillare la guaina
termorestringente del connettore 2. Inserire il bloccacavo 3 sul
cordone luminoso. Fissare sulla tasca dell'asta 4.

Rimuovere le coperture dell'asta 5,6. Tagliare il cordone
in eccesso e inserire il tappo 7. Stendere il cordone luminoso 8.
Rimettere le coperture 9,10.
3. Disporre il cavo come in figura

e fissarlo sotto la tasca con
il guidacavo 11. Rimuovere il tappo 12. Inserire il passacavo
13 e introdurre il cavo elettrico nel cofano. Per regolare la
lunghezza del cavo, portare l'asta in verticale (muovere l'asta
manualmente). Controllare che il cavo non subisca tensiona-
menti/danneggiamenti.
4. Dentro il cofano fissare il bloccacavo sul prigioniero con il dado

-14. Disporre il cavo verso la scheda elettronica.

BILANCIARE l'asta seguendo le istruzioni della barriera
e montare il copritasca.
5. Fissare la scheda di alimentazione nel box della scheda della
barriera

. Collegare il cavo alla scheda e collegare
l’alimentazione.
6. Se il cordone luminoso non si accende, interrompere l’ali-
mentazione e invertire il collegamento del cavo (istruzioni
della scheda barriera).

Cut the rope light only at the points marked

. To
perform manual handling operations, refer to the Bar-
rier instructions. Check the suitability of the balance
spring in the price catalogue; replace it if necessary.

Insert the connector of the electric cable into the
rope light 1. Turn 24 V
"
power on temporarily in order to
check its operation (see step 6). Seal the heat-shrink tubing of
connector 2. Place the cable clamp 3 onto the rope light. Fasten
onto the beam bracket of the beam 4.

Remove the covers of the beam 5,6. Cut the rope light in
excess and insert the plug 7. Position the rope light 8.
3. Install the cable as shown in figure

and fasten it under
the beam bracket using the cable guide 11. Remove the plug
12. Insert the cable gland 13 and insert the electric cable into
the casing. In order to adjust the length of the cable, bring the
beam to the vertical position (move the beam manually). Check
that the cable is not subject to tension/damage.
4. Fasten the cable clamp to the stud inside the casing using the
nut

-14. Route the cable towards the electronic board.

BALANCE the beam following the barrier instructions
and mount the beam bracket cover.

TURN OFF THE POWER SUPPLY.
5. Fasten the power supply board in the barrier’s board box

. Connect the cable to the board and connect the
power supply.
6. If the rope light does not light up, turn off the power and invert
the wires of the cable (see barrier board instructions).
