3.7 END OF INSTALLATION VERIFICATION
3.7.1. Warnings
When installed, all equipment must be powered to prevent condensation or low temperatures from
damaging the internal electronics.
In the event of a system shut down, the materials must be:

segregated,
▫
protected from the weather,
▫
kept at a constant temperature,
▫
stored in dry environments,
▫
packed properly with the addition of dehydrating products or silica gel (or equivalent).
All equipment that can be used in the ParQube parking system has been designed and tested by the
FAAC S.p.A., in compliance with the regulations in force. In order to avoid any kind of unexpected
behaviour, all the regulations and warnings in this manual must be complied with.
3.7.2. Checklist
Power Supply
Verify that the "230Vac presence" LED on the Interface Board is on.
Verify that the two LEDs on the Ali SW board are on
Verify that the "5Vdc presence" LED on the ControllerPlus Board is on.
“Function jumper” positioning
Verify the correct positioning on connector CN1 on the ControllerPlus board.
Metal Detector calibration and proper operation of the loops
Verify that all the dip switches on the detector are configured as described in the relevant Manual.
Move a vehicle on both loops and verify that the corresponding vehicle detection LEDs for both channels are
activated on the Detector.
Mode of communication on Data Line (RS485 or LAN) and "Panel Number"
When the peripheral is switched on, verify that the number of the Panel and the "/P" or "/T" mode appear on
the display.
Check that the peripheral is ONLINE with the management software installed on the PC Server.
Display Operation
If the peripheral is in stand-by, the date/time fields should appear on the display.
