13. Product Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY
This product has been manufactured and tested to the highest 
quality standards by Facecover Sweden AB. This Limited Warran-
ty offered by Facecover Sweden AB covers defects in material or 
workmanship in Facecover Sweden AB products that have met 
the following conditions and that are within the warranty period.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is 
non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing Facecover 
Sweden AB products from authorised Facecover Sweden AB re-
tailers or resellers or through Facecover Sweden AB may obtain 
coverage under this limited warranty.
Facecover Sweden AB warrants this product against defects in 
material or workmanship as follows:
Facecover Sweden AB will replace at no charge for parts only 
or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that 
proves defective due to improper workmanship and/or material, 
under normal installation, use, service and maintenance.
If Facecover Sweden AB is unable to provide a replacement and 
repair is not practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion, 
Facecover Sweden AB may elect to refund the purchase price in 
exchange for the return of the product.
The standard warranty period is 1 year or 2000 hours from orig-
inal date of purchase from Facecover Sweden AB or authorized 
reseller. This excludes consumables like filter and mask. Warran-
ty period may vary depending on local law where the product 
was originally purchased.
The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by (but 
not limited to):
A. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from 
defects in material or workmanship.
B. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal 
wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, 
misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
C. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related 
products not manufactured by Facecover Sweden AB.
This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with re-
moved, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (includ-
ing removal of any component or external cover).
Facecover Sweden AB will not provide any warranty coverage 
unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of the 
controlling warranty statement included with your product and 
the proper return procedure is followed.
To request warranty service, you will need to provide:
1. The sales receipt or other evidence of the date and place of 
purchase.
2. A description of the problem.
3. Delivery of the product or the defective part, postage prepaid 
and carefully packed, insured and with tracking.      
When warranty service is completed, any repaired or replace-
ment product or part will be returned to you postage prepaid.
It is a requirement that you contact the customer Service De-
partment and provide information related to the problem before 
attempting to return the product. For details on how to contact

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR, IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, 
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE) AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS 
WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.  
FACECOVER SWEDEN AB NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZ-
ES ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION 
OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT.

Facecover Sweden AB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER 
OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR 
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF 
THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY (INCLUDING 
BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MER-
CHANTABILITY).

with respect to the contents hereof. In addition, information 
contained herein are subject to change without notice. Every 
precaution has been taken in the preparation of this manual. 
Nevertheless, Facecover Sweden AB assumes no responsibility

the humidity (RH) is above 60%.

Storage temperature should not be below 
-20°C or above 40°C. Recommended tem-
perature for long term storage should be 
approximately 21°C.
