Designed
Sander 6313-D is designed for grinding of metal, wood, etc. using sandpaper. Dual exhaust for optimal protection against
excessive dusting.

Working with the device
Turn on the device:
The device is activated by pressing the lever on / off. At a time when the operator holds the lever pressed disc grinder is
rotating with the oscillation of a certain pitch.
Switching off the device:
Release the lever to stop it. After a further few seconds after you release the lever to stop the grinding.
Sandpaper:
Use Velcro sandpaper grit in the range of 40 to 2000. Maximum speed for sanding should be higher than the speed grinder.
Disc sander:
If sandpaper does not stick to the sanding, replace the disk with a new one.
Important!
Wear eye protection and respiratory tract.
Wear ear protection against excessive noise.
Grinding is not suitable for polishing wax.
Rotating device with high speed, the tool may become warm. In the case of heating equipment, discontinue use and allow
to cool.
Pay special attention to adequate lubrication tools.
The minimum inside diameter of the supply line 10 [mm].

LIST OF PARTS:
Disk Replacement Procedure
:
1. Disconnect the machine from the compressed
air supply.
2. Lift the rubber cover A.
3. 24 mm wrench for the nut mounting socket B.
4. Remove the old drive and replace it with a new
one.
5. Tighten exactly a new drive, countering 24 mm
wrench nut B.
6. Check that the drive is correctly installed, if so
you can start working with the unit.
