MC Model
Hands-on training
The CNC calculates the length and
assigns it to the tool.
Part dimensions
1.- Measure the part.

Go to the tool calibration window.
– Enter the Z value.
2.- Start the spindle.
3.- Select the tool to be calibrated. The CNC will assign the same tool offset
number (D).

5.- Jog the axes until touching the part along the Z axis. Press:
NOTE: Refer to the Operation Manual Chapter 3 Section 3.5.2.2
6.- Enter the rest of the data (Radius, Nominal life, Real life and family code).
The K value is set to zero when calibrating.
To calibrate another tool, repeat steps 3, 4 and 5.
