1. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS – RETAIN

FOR FUTURE USE 

2. HOW TO USE A HEATING PAD 

1.  Please read this manual carefully

before using this device.

2.  This heating pad is not intended for

medical use in hospitals. For
household use only!

3.  To avoid any risk of electric shock

when using the pad please observe
the following:

a)

Do not use if wet. If the pad has
become damp or wet, completely
dry the pad before use. 

b) Only use the pad in dry rooms, not

in a bathroom etc.!

c)  Check that the pad is undamaged

each time before use, i.e. do not
use it if there is visible damage to
the hand control, switches, plug or
the electric heating pad itself.

d)  Do not insert pins or other sharp

objects.

4. 

To avoid overheating:

a)

Do not leave the pad switched on
unsupervised; switch it off when you
leave the room. 

b) Do not use the pad folded. 
c)  Avoid creasing the pad.
d) Do not cover the hand control. To

ensure the hand control can function
correctly, do not place the hand
control on or under the flexible
section of the appliance, do not tuck
the hand control under pillows,
cushions or clothing. 

e) The cable should not be wound

around the hand control.

5. 

Do not use on a person incapable of
movement, a baby or person
insensitive to heat.

6.  Excessive application at a high

setting can result in skin burns. 

7.  Ensure the user does not fall asleep

while the pad is switched on.

8.  Do not use on a baby. Do not let

children play with the electric heating
pad. 
Do not leave children unsupervised
with the electric heat pad because

they cannot correctly recognise or
appreciate possible dangers. 

9.  Examine the heating pad frequently

for signs of wear or damage. If there
are such signs or the pad has been
misused, consult with the
manufacturer or authorised agent
(see below) prior to any further use.

10. If the supply cord is damaged, it

must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order
to avoid a hazard.

11. Do not attempt to open or repair the

device your self. Special tools are
required to re-assemble the device.

12. When not in use, store the electric

heating pad flat in a dry place. Do
not place heavy objects on it and
never store the pad with sharp
creases. Otherwise the pad may be
damaged.

Put the cloth cover (A) on a flat surface.
Open the press-stud.

2. Insert the pad (C) completely into the

cover, fitting one side at a time. Make
sure the cable and hand control (B)
remained outside the cover.

3. The pad will lie flat, filling the entire cover.

Close press-stud.

4. Plug into a 230-240 volt AC mains socket

and set hand control to the desired heat
setting using the slider. 
a) Select the temperature setting on the

slider – this switches on the heat pad.
An indicator will illuminate, showing
that the appliance is connected to the
power supply and is switched on.

b) The electric heating pad is switched

off by moving the slider to the «0»
position, the indicator will then go out.

Caution: Allow some air circulation

between the heating pad and skin during
use.
Never use the heating pad without the
cloth cover.

The electric heating pad hand control will
automatically turn off the heater after
