drip stopper on the Juice Ejector.

4. Before placing frozen fruits in the Platino Plus, make sure you thaw for at least
8 minutes or as needed. Make sure to remove all pits/seeds, cores, peels/
skins from the fruit and any other remnants you do not want in your sorbet
before freezing. Be sure to then cut the fruit into slim, 3-inch pieces and then
freeze.
5. Make sure the unit has been switched to ON before placing any food in the
Platino Plus, the Auger will automatically pull in the food and begin making
sorbet.
DO NOT push, force, or over-stuff the unit.
The Pusher provided
with the Platino Plus is the only utensil that should be used when food gets
caught inside the Food Chute.
6. It is best to insert all food at a slow pace.
7. Turn the Platino Plus off when you finish making sorbet. Do not run the Platino
Plus without any food inside the unit as this could overheat the motor.
8. To clean the Platino Plus after making sorbet, please disassemble removable
parts and wash thoroughly with warm water and soap. Do NOT submerge the
base containing the motor into water, as this will damage the unit. If the base
is dirty, simply wipe the base down with a damp cloth.
