Ensure that the refrigerator is located away from heat sources (stoves, radiators,
etc.) and protected from direct sunlight, which increases consumption.

Allow air flow around the rear of the refrigerator. Do not cover the space between
the refrigerator and the floor or the top of the refrigerator with any object.

The refrigerator must not be installed outdoors or exposed to rain.
➭
To improve the energy efficiency a 2-inch space should be left between the
refrigerator condenser and the back wall.
➭
On certain occasions, relative humidity and room temperature may generate
condensation on the inside and outside of the refrigerator.

This refrigerator can be inserted into a kitchen cabinet. The space should have the
minimum dimensions shown in the figure. To assure the proper working conditions,
air should be allowed to circulate on the back and above the refrigerator by leaving
a 2-inch (50 mm) space between the back wall and the
refrigerator condenser, and a 2-inch (50 mm) space between
the refrigerator upper panel and the cabinet.
To avoid vibrations and noise, ensure that the
refrigerator is stable and level.
