Electricity:
The unit should be wired in by a qualified professional and at a distance from the pool/spa in accordance wih the
rules of the art and the stipulations of the standards in effect in the country of onstallation (provisions of the French
standard NF C15-100).
Volume 0: Safety extra-low voltage* (SELV) < 12 V alternating
or 30 V the equipment must be IPX8 rated (dust-
free, water- proof).
Volume 1: Safety extra-low voltage* (SELV) or equipment
placed inside an IK07 rated cabinet that when opened cuts
the power supply to the equ equipment rated IPX5.
Volume 2: Safety extra-low voltage* (SELV)* or dedicated 30mA differential circuit breaker on the line or separation
by an isolating trans equipment rated IPX2.
*transformation source must be located outside volumes 0, 1, 2.
It must be possible to disconnect the active poles (phase and live) from the power supply. The unit should be
disconnected from its poser supply systematically prior to any technical intervention.
Should the cable be damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after sales service or other similarly
qualified personnel in order to avoid any risk of electrocution.
The device must be protected at the head of its power line by a thermo-magnetic circuit breaker the amperage of
which is rated to suit the power consumption of the product. (See page 26).
In the event of a power cut while the heat pump is running, the heat pump will start up automatically when the power
comes back on.
If the heat pump will remain inactive over a long period of time, cut the power supply and drain the heat pump by
closing the 2 valves on the inlet and outlet lines and disconnecting the water supply hose.
Mack sure that the on/off switch is out of reach of children.
Siting and positioning
The heat pump should be sited and oriented to optimise perfomance. The following points should be respected:
The heat pump must be installed outdoors, a minimum gap must be left beween the heat pump and any obstacle
(wall, wooden partition, hedge, etc.) so that air may circulate freely through the machine.
