calling our call centre.
If your humidifier is not working following the troubleshooting recommendations above,

Resolution Methods
Connect the humidifier to a
power supply
Turn on the unit
Fill the water tank with
water
Open the water tank, place
it under shade for 12 hours.
Cean the water tank, fill
with fresh water.
Drain the channel and
close the water tank cap.
Cean the water tank, fill
with fresh water.
Clean the transducer.
Fill the water tank with
water. Place it on a level
ground
