Thank you for purchasing Fakir JENNY Digital Glass
Bathroom Scale which has been designed and
manufactured to give you many years of trouble-free
service. You may already be familiar with using a
similar product, but do please take time to read these
instructions - they have been written to ensure you get
the very best from your purchase.
For yours and others safety please read the instructions
before using the appliance. Please keep this instruction
in a safe place for the further use. If you pass the
appliance on, pass on the instructions too. Remove all
packaging, but keep it until you are satisfied that the
appliance is working.
Safety is important
• The glass platform will be slippery when it is wet. Keep it
dry!
• Keep standing still during the course of weighing.
• Please do not strike, shock or drop the scale.
• Please treat the scale with care as it is a precise
instrument.
• Clean the scale with a damp cloth and avoid water
getting inside the scale. Do not use chemical / abrasive
cleaning agents.
• Keep the scale in cool place with dry air.
• Always keep your scale in horizontal position.
• If failed to turn on the scale, check whether battery is
installed or battery power is low. Insert or replace new
battery.
• If there is an error on LCD display or cannot turn off the
scale for a long time, please take off the battery for about
3 seconds, then install it again to remove soft-fault. If you
cannot resolve the problem, please return appliance to
an authorized Fakir Service facility for examination, repair
or adjustment. Please do not try to repair the appliance
by yourself. All malfunctions should be made by an
authorised Fakir service.
• Please operate this appliance only in its intended use.
• To prevent interference, do not use the device, in
environment near equipment with strong electromagnetic
field. Always keep a good distance from such equipments
when operating the scale, or simply turn off those
equipments radiating strong electromagnetic fields before
operating.
• This scale requires barefeet for proper conductivity while
measuring body fat.
• Do not place the scale on a carpeted or uneven surface.
