Usage
Make sure that your device is standing on a stable, flat, clean, dry, heat-resistant and firm
surface.
WARNING!
Do not use the appliance with wet hair.
NOTE!
Before styling your hair, comb your hair and make sure it is dry.
• Plug in the device, adjust the temperature to your preference as described in “Setting the
LED Display and Temperature” section.
• The Ion Function and Infrared Function are activated automatically when you start your
device with the on/off button.
• Use the device first, starting at low temperatures.
• Apply at low temperatures for fine and/or half-wave hair and apply at high temperatures
for thick and/or curly hair.
• To prevent damage to your hair; we recommend that you apply at low temperatures on
dyed, light coloured and highlighted hair.
• When your device reaches the desired temperature, your preferred temperature setting
appears on the LED display.
• To straighten your hair always use the appliance on your hair which it at 4 to 5 cm wide. To
straighten your hair; starting from the bottom of each tuft of hair, gently pull it towards the
hair end. Combing before straighten the tufts of hair you have separated, allows you to get
a better result. Start straightening your hair from the bottom. Place your hair between two
plates, keep it between the plates for a few seconds, then gently slide the appliance over
your hair. While applying make sure your hair is not curled as it is hot.
• We recommend that you apply the same tuft of hair no more than 2 times and not hold it
for more than a few seconds to prevent your hair from wearing of.
• After applying with the device, turn off the appliance by pressing the On-Off button and
unplug the device.
NOTE!
Your device will be ready to use in a short time. The ready-to-use time varies depending
on the temperature you have selected.
