For the sauce;
• 4 tomatoes
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 pinch of basil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oil
Recipe:
1. Pour eggs, salt and oil in the container and whisk at the specified speed (7, 8).
2. Then pour the flour and set the speed to 1 or 2. Insert the double kneading apparatus to
the appliance. Since it will be a hard dough to knead, set the speed to 1 or 2 and mix for 5
minutes.
3. Then rest the dough for 15 minutes with the container lid closed.

Cleaning and Maintenance of the Appliance

be put in the dishwasher. Accessories can be cleaned with warm water and dish washing
liquid.
7. The mixing bowls can be put in dishwasher. The bowl can be cleaned with warm water and
dishwashing detergent. Do not use detergents with abrasive properties.
Storage
• Unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down.
• Ensure that all the parts are clean and dry.
