DEMOLITION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MOD. 525 MACHINE
Whenever, and for whatever reason the machine is to be eliminated and demolished, certain basic rules
must be observed to safeguard public health and the environment in which we live:
- Eliminate even the smallest traces of oil and grease on the machine; lubrifying substances should
not be left free in the environment , but should be recovered or treated by a plant specialised in
the elimination of these products.
- All sheathes, flexible piping, and any plastic materials, or non-metallic materials should be
dismantled and eliminated separately.
- Pneumatic and electrical components such as valves, electrovalves, pressure regulation
equipment, switches. transformers, etc. must be dismantled for re-use if still in good condition, or,
if possible, checked and recycled.
- The body and all metal parts of the machine must be dismantled and grouped according to
material type. This way , the various parts can be dismantled and melted down for recycling.

Sound tests have shown that the sound level for the operator is not over 80 dB(A).
So it is not necessary to adopt acoustic safety devices against sound noise.
