Check the oil level in the oil tank.
Top up oil level with Falco CH46V Hydraulic oil.
Thoroughly check the entire hydraulic system for
leakages.
Put the lift out of use immediately,

Repair leakages.

Replace leaking parts, only use original
Falco parts.
Check all hydraulic hoses for signs of wear and
tear, cracks and deformation.
Put the lift out of use immediately, replace hose,
only use original Falco parts.
Check if the oil is not polluted or aged.
Drain oil and replace with Falco CH46V Hydraulic oil.
Check if all gaskets are still good.
Replace worn/defect gaskets.
Check if there are no changes in the noise level of
the motor when it’s working.
Put the lift out of use immediately and have a
professional mechanic check/repair the motor
Check if the motor and oil tank are still properly
mounted to the column.
Tighten the bolt/nuts and replace if necessary.
Electrical
Check the conditions of all wiring and connections
in the lift.
Replace broken parts, leave this to a professional
mechanic.
Check the functioning of the main power switch.
Replace the wire connections or switch if necessary.
Check the functioning of all control buttons
Replace control buttons/panel if necessary.
Check all electrical wiring for signs of wear and
tear, kinks and connection.
Replace broken wiring/connections.
Check the functioning of the upper limit switch.
Adjust the upper limit switch of replace if necessary.
Check the functioning of the lower limit switch
(foot safety height).
Adjust the lower limit switch of replace if necessary.
Other
Check if the manual is complete.
Contact your Falco retailer or the previous owner.
Check if the maintenance/examination legenda is
kept up to date.
