Installation and assembly of the two post lift
Check before installation
1.
The installation of the lift may only be carried out by an authorized person who understands
the dangers and demands of the lift.
2.
The area where the lift is going to be installed must be provided with a decent power supply
and reliable ground wires.

The incoming line should have 16A/20A safety installation and a power supply switch. The
minimum wire section area is 2.5 square millimeters.
4.
The concrete floor on which the lift is being installed, should meet the following standards.
The foundation of the lift should meet the following
standards:

The concrete should be at least strength-class
C20-25 (250kg/cm²).

The area of the foundation should be at least
4000mm long x 3000mm wide x 200mm thick
see drawing.

Fresh concrete should first cure for 28 days.
Demands partial foundation:
When pooring a partial foundation, this should meet the standards as shown in the drawings
below, the strength-class of the concrete on which the drawings are based is C20-25.
