Mounting the magnetic safety locks
The safety locks of column B are yet to be mounted.
1.
Screw the safety lock (1, fig.4a) into the column.
2.
Now loosen the Allen bolt (1, fig.4b) and remove the lock plate (2, fig.4b).
3.
Hook the safety lock’s axle (3, fig.4b) into the lock plate (2, fig.4b).
4.
Now mount back the lock plate and secure it tightly using the plate washer and Allen bolt.
Mounting the steel wires
1.
The lift comes with two steel wires, which are to be mounted
into the columns.
2.
Lift both sliding tables in the first locking position.
3.
Now pull the steel wires out of the columns and loosen the
nuts on the side where the wire is mounted till the end of the
threading, don’t demount the nuts!
4.
Both lower pulleys have one straight edge, this needs to face
downwards (fig.5), now pass the cable through.
5.
Pass the cables through as shown in fig.6a en 6b.
6.
Now mount the cables to the lifting tables using the nuts,
tighten the nuts firmly and secure them.
