then lift off the cooktop.
After cleaning, dry and replace carefully on
the hotplate. If the cooktop is dropped on the
hotplate, the support feet could damage the
finish. Carefully place the cooktop in position,
with the Falcon name at the front. The front of
the cooktop should be level with the front of
the outer pan supports.
Refit the centre ring.

Glide-Out Grill
Before you remove any of the grill parts for
cleaning make sure they are cool.
The grill pan and grid should be washed in hot
soapy water. After grilling meats or any foods
that soil, leave to soak for a few minutes in the
sink immediately after use. Stubborn particles
may be removed from the grid by using a
nylon brush. Alternatively, the grill pan can be
washed in a dish washer.
To remove the grill pan support frame, pull the
grill pan forward.
Lift the grill pan clear of the support frame.
The support frame is held to the side rails by
two clips on each side.
For each side, support the side rail with one
hand and with the other hand lift up and out of
the side clips.
For safety, push the side rails back into the grill
chamber.
The side rails can be removed to make cleaning
the grill chamber easier by unhooking them
from the grill chamber sides.
Slides can be wiped clean with a soft cloth and
mild detergent.
DO NOT
use any abrasive substance.
DO NOT
put the side runners in the dish
washer.
When you have finished, hook the side rails
back on to the sides of the chamber. To refit
the frame pull the side rails forward and for
