Favourite Lists – Accesses the favourite lists you have created (you can also transfer
lists created on the PC to your device via the Falk Navi-Manager)
All Categories – Accesses all available points of interest.
For many of the categories, further subcategories are available allowing you to refine your
search.
For all categories, there are the Highlights and Marco Polo Insider Tips.
Once you have selected the category, the results are displayed to you in a list. You can then
view and select the individual POIs from the results.
3.9 Geocaches
(optional)
Geocaching is a kind of treasure hunt in which you as the geocacher can find treasure which
is hidden using coordinates.
To start navigation to a geocache, select "Geocaches".
Select a desired search centre or click on "All non-found geocaches". The caches are then
listed sorted according to their distance from the search centre.
Select your favourite and start the treasure hunt with
Calculate
.
You will find further information about geocaching in Chapter 9.
3.10 Tracks
A track is a route which is precisely defined (with the aid of coordinates placed close to one
another which are connected to form a line).
Select "Tracks" on the destination entry screen if you would like to travel along a track.
Select the desired track from the list and tap on
View
to see the track and then on
Start
to
start the track.
The further functions in relation to tracks are explained in Chapter 11.
