This program allow to represent a complete level crossing. Unlike program
14 you will have here the possibility of allowing up to three vehicles to wait
at the level crossing one behind the other.
Inputs E3 to E8 and outputs A2 to A8 form together that level crossing. You
will set the delay times necessary for the stop sections provided behind to
be cleared using Poti 1 for outputs A5 and A6, while using Poti 2 for out-
puts A7 and A8. Please also pay attention to the description of Program 14.
