Symptom
Troubleshooting
No tone
Check the USB cable for damage (cuts, extreme
kinks, etc.).
Check the wiring. Connectors must be fully
inserted and snap into place!
Arm the microphone in the DAW or activate direct
monitoring.
Check the sound settings of your operating
system. If necessary, select the microphone as the
input device.
The microphone may need to be levelled. Refer to
the software manual of the DAW (Digital Audio
Workstation) in question.
Delayed tone
Change the buffer size in the DAW settings. The
lower the number, the lower the latency. (Note:
with a low buffer size, the machine requires higher
performance. Depending on the computer, this
can lead to higher performance losses).
