5) Changing the ribbon ink cassette
The ribbon ink cassette only needs to be changed when the data as printed on the back of the packaging
material appears as light grey in stead of the usual dark grey. The procedure for changing the ribbon ink
cassette is as follows:
Materials and tools needed:

Ribbon ink cassette 29.440.016
- Hexagonal
screwdriver
M4
Procedure:
-
Place the sealer on its right-hand side or front
-
Remove the cover using the hexagonal screwdriver
-
Remove the old ribbon ink cassette as indicated below (1,2)
-
Tighten the ribbon of the new ribbon ink cassette in the direction as indicated
-
Fit the ribbon ink cassette in the reverse sequence as indicated above
-
Replace the cover in its original position
-
Place the sealer in its normal position again
Those activities should be carried out only with a switched-off and power supply disconnected machine.
