Entering Outside Line Access Code
The outside line access code is dialed prior to any number over 6 digits stored in the
directory, memory buttons, or the caller ID memory. A stored number with 6 or fewer
digits is considered an inside number. The
outside line access code is not dialed for an
inside call. A PAUSE period or 3 seconds
delay is inserted automatically between the
outside access code and the phone number.
To enter outside line access code:
1. Press
the
Menu
button followed by the
3
button.
2. Enter your outside line access code.
3. Press
Save
button to store the access
code.
Selecting Ringing Tone
You can select one of four ringing tones for this telephone:
1. Press
the
Menu
button followed by the
4
button.
2. The phone rings with the Ring Tone 1 for
about 2 seconds.
3. Press
the
Save
button to select the Ring
Tone 1; or
4. Press
the button or the
button to
select another ringing tone.
5. After the end of the desired ringing tone,
press the
Save
button to select the
ringing tone.
Selecting Flash Duration
To default setting for the Flash duration is 600
ms. To select a different Flash duration:
1. Press
the
Menu
button followed by the

button.
2. Press a digit to select the desired flash
duration.
3. Press
the
Save
button to store this flash
duration.
