Section 1: Installation instructions:
1) Set the unit in the position under the extraction hood with adequate ventilation
2) Make sure the floor is level
3) Place largest pot to be used on the stove to check clearance before connecting gas hose (minimum
clearance 6 inch from sides and back)
4) Gas hose should be connected at the rear of the stove. An accessible shut off valve should be
installed in line
5) The front of the unit must be kept clear to avoid restriction of air supply for combustion
6) The installation must conform with the local codes and with national fuel gas codes
Section 2: Operating instructions:
The stockpot stove accommodates a single pan.
The burner is controlled by a single knob (ON/OFF) supported by a pilot burner and flame failure
thermocouple
Controls:
The Stockpot stove in controllable by the knob at the front. The knob can be turned clockwise or
anti-clockwise to operate the burner.
