Do not hang the cable on itself, it can be damaged. Always
use a choke collar, or a protector of tree on the anchor.
Remove any object that can interfere with the operation of
the winch.
Take your time to hang the load before winching.
Make sure that the chosen anchor can carry the load, and
that the strap or chain cannot drag.
Gear not, don’t disengage if the winch is in charge, or the
cable is under tension or to the winch drum is moving.
Unroll as much cable as possible during the hanging of the
load. Double line or take a remote anchor point.
Not treuillez not without at least 5 turns of cable around the
drum, the cable could get away completely from the drum.
Do not stay near the cable and load during the operation
and keep others away while winching.
Never touch the cable taut or loaded.
Never touch the cable or hook if the remote control is
connected or during winching.
Ask the operator to the neighboring people to ensure their
stability during winching.
Keep remote wire away from the drum, cable and anchoring
system. Inspect the winch and the remote: cracks, pinching,
twisted wires or loose connections.
Replace the damaged components.
If you use the remote control from the inside of a vehicle,
pass the thread through the window to avoid risk of NIP it
in the door.
ATTENTION
RISK OF CUTTING AND BURNING
Failure of these instructions may cause minor injuries has
moderated.
To avoid injury to hands and fingers, always wear thick
safety gloves to handle the cable.
Don’t let not the cable in your hands.
Some parts of the winch can heat up during and after the
winching: motor, drum and cable. Careful not to burn your-
self touching them.
Note to avoid damaging your winch:
Do not pull laterally, that wrapped the cable on one side of
the drum and will damage the cable or the winch.
Make sure you have engaged or disengaged at bottom.
Do not use the winch for pulling other vehicles. The acci-
dental loads might temporarily exceed the capacity of the
winch and cable.
Do not push on the cable. The accidental loads might tempo-
rarily exceed the capacity of the winch and cable.
Do not use the winch to hold a load during transport.
Do not immerse the winch in water.
Be sure to store the remote control in a protected, clean,
dry place.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
WORK on a clean and tidy place. Messy places promote
accidents.
OBSERVE THE WORKING CONDITIONS. Do not use the winch
in damp, wet, or dimly lit place. Do not expose the accesso-
ries tools to the rain. Light of the place.
Don’t use electric in the presence of gas or liquid equip-
ment.
KEEP CHILDREN AWAY. They should never be allowed on
the place of winching. Do not let them touch the machinery,
tools or equipment.
STORE THE ACCESSORIES. When not in use, the tools are a
store in a local firm, and dry to avoid rust. Lock and never
allow children to access.
DO NOT FORCE THE WINCH. HE will be more effective, safe
and constant at its rated speed.
No accessories use an attempt to increase his speed.
USE THE TOOLS APPROPRIATE TO THE TASK ACCESSORIES.
WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING. Do not wear loose clothing
or jewelry (pendants...). Prefer footwear with anti-slip soles.
Attach and pull up your long hair.
TAKE CARE OF THE ELECTRIC CABLE.
REMOVE THE ACCESSORIES TOOLS BEFORE WINCHING.
AVOID THE FALSE STARTS. Be sure to be prepared before
you begin winching.
STAY ALERT. Do not use the hoist when you are tired.
DO NOT USE THE WINCH UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS,
ALCOHOL, OR MEDICATION.
CHECK THE STATUS OF THE WINCH BEFORE USING IT. Any
damaged or broken part is repaired or replaced by a qua-
lified technician. Do not use the winch if one any switch /
button does not work properly.
Parts spare PARTS AND ACCESSORIES. Do not replace with
parts for other models or other specifications, this would
negate the warranty. Only use suitable spare parts available
from distributors.
ATTENTION
1. Always connect the Red wire to the positive pole and the
black wire to the negative pole of the battery.
2. Do not operate the winch continuously, otherwise you will
quickly drain your battery.
3. Run your engine during winching to recharge the battery.
4. Do not use a battery dirty, corroded or leaking. The acid
could burn you.
5. Wear safety glasses approved to work on the battery.
This winch is designed to be mounted temporarily through
the adapter plate, but you may as well fix it permanently.
The lever hoists and their components are capable of opera-
ting at a temperature between-10 ° C and + 50 ° C.
Fasteners: the device is equipped with two hooks, one to
suspend the flask / pulley and the other to attach the load.
To avoid overloads, the effort on the end of the actuator
for each operator to lift rated load, must be between the
following values:
20 Dan to 55 daN on the lever for a winch lever
≤
1000 Kg.
Release of the lifting body: to disengage the lifting body, it is
possible to open the only braking system in the case of low
load. The braking system must be operated automatically
when the load on the lifting body is greater than 30 kg for
the hoist lever with a nominal capacity less than or equal to
1000 kg and greater than 3% of the nominal capacity when
it is greater than 1000 kg.
The load does not drop more than 300 mm until the brake
is to stop the fall.
A failure of mooring may result in a risk of serious injury. The
user must always check, before operating, that the cable
or the device docking points are of sufficient strength to
exercise (lifting and traction). It is recommended to anchor
the winch connecting it to the fixed point or to the load
using an appropriate capacity Sling. It is forbidden to use
the unit as a sling cable passing around an object to get it
back by its hook.
