MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Although the service intervals are given in the maintenance schedule, you must
remember that the operating conditions determine the maintenance periods.
Therefore, if thre engine is running in extreme conditions, you must reduce the
intervals between service operations. Use this schedule to set up your own one to
suit your particular operating conditions.
These maintenance periodsonly apply for engines running with fuel and oil in
accordance with the specifications given in this handbook.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Long term storage of your machine will require some preventive procedures to
guard against deterioration.
DRAIN THE FUEL
1- Drain the fuel tank, fuel cock, and carburator float bowl.
2- Put a cup of two-stoke oil into the tank.
3- Shake the tank to coat the inner surface thoroughly.
4- Drain off the excess oil.
