IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always
be followed, including the following:
• Read all instructions before use.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

parts, and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off
parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Call our

repair, or adjustment.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended or sold by the
appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injuries to
persons.
• Do not use outdoors or in a damp area.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
• Do not place the appliance close to the edge of the countertop.
• CAUTION! Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing,
as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters/whisk/dough
hook during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, or damage
to the mixer. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the
appliance is not running
• Keep hands and utensils out of bowl to reduce the risk of injury to
persons or damage to the mixer.
• Keep hands and utensils away from moving parts while processing food
to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the appliance.

• Only low speed should be used with heavy bread dough or batter.
