Basic waffle recipe
(for 4 ½ cups of batter, 1.125L)

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk together milk, oil and eggs.

Gradually add milk mixture to the dry ingredients.

Stir until batter is even and smooth. Pour batter onto waffle iron.

Basic Blueberry Waffles:
After pouring batter onto waffle iron, sprinkle fresh blueberries over batter, then
close the appliance.
Whole wheat & Belgian waffles

In one bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract.

Most waffles can be made ahead of time and kept warm in a 200°F (90°C) oven.

To store waffles, let them cool and then pack into an airtight container. Store in

a refrigerator or freezer. Waffles can be reheated in a microwave oven or regular
oven.
Most waffles are done in about 2 - 2½ minutes. Recipes made from scratch may

take longer. Check for doneness after approximately 5 minutes or when the
steaming stops. If the appliance does not open easily, allow waffles to cook for
another minute before checking again.
CLEANING
Proper maintenance will ensure many years of service from your appliance. Clean
the appliance after every use. The appliance contains no user serviceable parts and
requires little maintenance. Leave any servicing or repairs to qualified personnel.
