COMMERCIAL RAISED BED ASSEMBLY

These instructions describe the basic steps needed to
assemble your commercial raised bed.

ATTENTION:

Check for underground cables, lines, and

pipe before driving the ground posts.

 If the optional post

driver was not purchased, place a block of wood on top
of the post when driving the post.

1.  Square the site where the raised bed will be

assembled and mark the four (4) corners. Use the
dimensions of your raised bed during site
preparation to accurately mark the corners.

2.  Premark four (4) ground post 12" from the top

and drive the first post into the site at a place
where you want a corner of the raised bed. Use
the 12" mark as a guide when driving the post.

3.  Measure four (4) feet in the direction you want

the width of the raised bed to run and drive the
second ground post.

All ground posts are 12"

above the ground when properly driven.

4.  Take the heavy-duty liner material, unfold it, and

place one edge over the two installed ground
posts and stretch the material toward the other
end of the bed.

ATTENTION:

Position the ground post pockets along

the long sides of the raised bed when setting the
liner over the corner posts. When the liner is in the
proper position, there is a pocket along each long side

at approximately 5' from each corner post, and at 5'
intervals for longer raised-bed kits. For example, a
raised bed that is 20' long has three (3) ground posts
spaced evenly at 5' intervals along each long side.

5.  Using the liner as a guide, drive the remaining two

(2) corner posts to the required depth (12") and
width (4'). Keep the liner as tight as possible
when driving the remaining posts.

NOTE:

The liner should now be in place and

"wrapped" around the outside of each corner post (as
shown above) to form the raised bed.

6.  Take another ground post, insert it into one

pocket along one long side of the raised bed,
verify that the side of the bed is in line with the
corner posts on that side, and drive the post into
the site.

7.  Repeat Step 6 for all remaining posts.

8.  Fill the raised bed and plant as desired.
