RATCHET INSTALLATION
The main cover is secured to the shelter using ratchets and
straps. End ratchets can be either attached to the outside
of an end rafter 36" above ground level as shown
or they
can be attached to the end wall base rail
.
1. Secure the ratchet to the end rafter (or base rail) using
a Tek screw through the bottom hole in the ratchet.
2. Repeat to install ratchets at the remaining three corners
of the frame.
3. Attach the remaining ratchets to the
inside of the rafters
42" above ground level using a Tek screw.
MAIN COVER INSTALLATION
The main cover is stretched tightly over the frame using
ratchets and straps. The nylon straps wrap around cover
conduit pipes installed in pockets of the cover.
WARNING:
To prevent damage to the cover and
prevent serious personal injury,
do not install the cover
on a windy day or when such conditions are expected
.
1. Assemble four (4) cover conduits. Refer to the
Side
Profile
drawing in the
Quick Start Guide
and the chart
below for the correct number of 1.315" pipe sections
required for each cover conduit.

NOTE:
Position the nylon straps of the main cover at
the front and back of the frame.
Do not insert any purlin
pipe into any main cover pocket that includes a pre-
installed strap.
5. Insert a conduit into each
cover conduit pocket
of the
main cover.
Do not install the roll-up conduits at this
time.

2. Insert the swaged end of one pipe into the plain end of
another.
3. Drive a Tek screw into each pipe joint and cover the
screw head and pipe joint with two layers of duct tape.
4. Unfold the main cover and position it along the side of
the frame with the underside up.

for your shelter.
