DOUBLE DOOR ASSEMBLY (continued)
11. With assistance, lift door and attach hinges to end wall
using FA4484B Tek screws.
a. Photo shows end cap as attached to door frame.
View shows assembly from the outside.
b. Cross section shows end cap (dashed line)
attached to the inside/back of door frame.
12. Install 6" chain bolt to upper part of the inside of one
door. Attach main latch assembly to the other door.
Locations of door hinges may vary.
13. At top and sides of end wall door opening on the inside
of the frame, attach end cap (104548) and allow it to
extend below header and into the frame opening.
ATTENTION:
This profile acts as a stop for the double
doors and prevents undo stress on hinges. Consult the
photos that follow.

cap extends beyond frame members and into the
rough opening to stop the door and to help seal the
gap between door and frame.
