Single Subnet Single Core Server
The following diagram shows the architecture of Faronics Core running on a Single Subnet and a
Single Core Server.
The above architecture has the following components:
•
Core Server — There is only one Core Server in this setup.
•
Core Console — Multiple Core Consoles connect to the single Core Sever.
•
Database — There is only one database.
•
Core Agent — There are multiple workstations with the Core Agent installed.
Multiple Core Agents report to the Core Server. The Core Sever is managed via Core Console 1 and
Core Console 2. The Core Server stores all the information about workstations in the database.
