Control Security:
All operations of the controls are under log in security. To perform any of the
functions described in the operations section will require the user to log in using their
username and password.
There are two over-temperature alarms programmed into the 4000 series unit. If the
control probe reaches a temperature above 45C, or if the evaporator reaches a
temperature of 65C. In either case, the unit will automatically shut down and an alarm
message will be displayed on the display.
8.0 Sensor Calibration:
The chamber and sample temperature probes can be calibrated by
selecting the Health icon on the Home Screen and navigating to either the Chamber
Calibration or Sample Calibration screens.
NOTE: If the sample probe is not connected, an error message will appear
on all screens which utilize the sample probe reading.
System Health Screen
The System Health screen is reached by pressing the Health icon on the Home
page. This screen will allow the operator to continue to the Calibration screens,
view the alarm logs, and manage user accounts, by pressing the desired arrow.
