9.7 - FLUORESCENT LAMP DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS fig. 17
1) Door fluorescent lamp:
A) Lift the plexiglas covering and unscrew the self-tapping screw below.
B) Lift the complete unit upwards to unhook it from the door.
C) Disconnect the electrical connector at the lower end of the plate support.
D) Draw off the plexiglas diffuser lenght ways.
E) Replace the fluorescent lamp.
F) Reverse the procedure to re-assemble.
2) Cabinet fluorescent lamp:
The lamp holder is on the inside behind the drilled steel grate, on the left side.
A) Unhook the grate and open it leftwards.
B) Lift the plexiglas covering and unscrew the self-tapping screw below.
C) Lift the complete unit upwards to unhook it from the door.
D) Draw off the plexiglas diffuser lenght ways.
E) Replace the fluorescent lamp.
F) Reverse the procedure to re-assemble.

If you want to remove the fluorescent lamp holder completely, it is necessary to unscrew
and disassemble the support below the left to withdraw the cable and to disconnect the lower end
near the chokes.
9.8 - GEARBOX ASSEMBLY fig. 18-19
1) Insert the shim washers in positions 1-2-3 (fig.19).
2) Insert the stiffened helical gear fig.18 rif. 8 Z=87, considering that the straight cut pinion must
be turned upwards.
3) Insert the shaft with straight-cut gear fig.18 rif. 7 Z=54.
4) Insert the helial gear on the side shaft fig.18 rif. 3 Z=46, considering that the straight cut pinion
must be turned downwards.
9.9 - DOOR LOCK ADJUSTMENT
To obtain a different pressure of door locking operate on the grub screw placed under the
hole to which the lock bar is hooked (on the left side of the machione).
By turning the grub screw clockwise you obtain a tighter screwing up, by turning anti.clockwise you
loosen the locking.
