Watt program
1.
Use the function dial
to select: Beginner →Progress →Sportive, press MODE to confirm.
2.
Use the function dial to set the time (preset value = 30:00) and press START/STOP to exercise in Watt program mode.
3.
TIME starts counting down from the target value, for DISTANCE/ CALORIES/ RPM/ SPEED/ WATT/ RPM & HEART RATE
corresponding values are displayed.
4.
The drawing animation jumps to the display of the next figure after one fifth of the preset time.

If USER WATT is 10% less than Coach WATT, the coach number is moved forward one position; if USER

WATT is more than 10% above the coach WATT, the coach falls back one position. Within plus/minus ±10%, coach and
USER are in the same position.
7.
Press the START/STOP key to end the training. The STOP symbol flashes, all values are retained.
8.
Pressing the RESET / FUNCTION WHEEL /ENTER keys is not allowed during training.
9.
In STOP mode, press RESET button, the monitor will return to the function setting page.
