Using the gap, slide the outer edge of the lens down
into the groove in the rubber insert first. Keep lens level
with rubber insert around socket, avoid letting top or
bottom become inserted without the other.

Move thumbs to the inner (nose) edge of the lens and
apply pressure to the lens nose area pushing outward
toward the outside of the glasses and downward into the
rubber insert. Inspect visually and manually to make sure
lenses are fully inserted and sturdy.
