Maintenance
- After assembly, unscrew the bleeding screw plug

. Press the manual oil pump to fill the crude filter
with fuel, so as to ensure that the sealing parts do
not leak oil. Replace the new gasket, if necessary.
Finally tighten the air-bleeder plug.
When the oil inlet and outlet joints are
disconnected, check whether the gasket is in good
condition. If there is any damage, replace it in time.
The tightening torque of the oil pipe joint is (20-25)
Nm.
Secondary diesel filter
A secondary diesel filter plays an important role
in ensuring the normal operation of fuel injection
pump and injector, and must be maintained in time.
If secondary diesel filters are found to be oil-poor,
they must be dismantled and replaced with new
ones in time.
Replace filters when driving every 10,000 km
usually.
When replacing a new filter, apply a little
lubricating oil to the gasket surface and then rotate
it on the base and tighten it by hand.
Caution
During assembly, be sure not to neglect loading the
sealing ring, and pay attention to checking the
integrity of each sealing ring; if damaged, replace it
in time.
