Maintenance
Replace the centrifugal oil filter
Change cycle:
- Change the centrifugal oil filter when maintaining
oil every time (there is no need to change when the
new vehicle is first maintained). Change method:
- Unscrew the three bolts on the centrifugal oil filter
cover and remove the centrifugal oil filter cap.
- Replace with the new rotor.
- After reinstallation, make sure the tightening
torque is (6~12)Nm.
Replace the oil filter (CA6DK1 engine)
Change cycle:
- Change the oil filter element when maintaining oil
every time.
Change method:
- Rotate the oil filter cover counterclockwise, and
the oil filter element will be brought out with the oil
filter cover.
- Remove the oil filter element from the oil filter
cover and replace the new oil filter element.
- Tighten the oil filter cap clockwise with the
tightening moment of (40 + 10) Nm.
Change the lubricating oil of transmission
Oil change cycle
- When driving a vehicle for 60,000 km or 12
months (matched with the model of CA6DM3) or a
new vehicle for 40,000 km, replace the lubricant (12
gears) every 100,000 km or 12 months.
- When a vehicle travels every 10,000 km, the oil
level and leakage of the lubricating oil should be
checked and supplemented at any time. When
driving a new vehicle for 50,000 km, replace the
lubricating oil (10 gears).
When changing oil, you must first exhaust the
lubricating oil in the transmission, and then fill new
lubricating oil.
