Functional button description

This system adopts the principle of automatic

control, manual priority, one-button control and rear

key priority.

Automatic control

- After the "AUTO" key is pressed, the system

resumes its previous operation mode and begins to

control itself. LCD displays "AUTO".

- When the temperature in the vehicle is higher than

the set temperature and the temperature difference is

greater than 1

, the compressor is turned on, the

air conditioning begins to refrigerate, and the LCD

screen displays. Refrigeration, LCD display

- When the temperature in the vehicle is lower than

the set temperature and the temperature difference is

greater than 1

, the compressor is forbidden to

open and the LCD screen is not displayed

- When the difference between temperature in the

vehicle and the set temperature is less than 1

- When the temperature is set to LO, the system is

is set to HI, the system is in a forced heating state.

Manual controls

The functions of knobs and keys can be chosen

manually through manual controls while other

functions can remain an automatic state. The

display screen does not display "AUTO".

- Temperature setting knob

: (1) Rotate the

setting temperature clockwise until it reaches HI

gradually. Conversely, set the temperature down

until LO is reached.

- Air volume setting knob

: Clockwise rotate the

knob to increase the air volume gradually, and vice

versa.

- Air outlet mode conversion button

: Press the

MODE key, The air outlet mode circulates in the

order of blowing surface

. If the initial state is

defrosting, it will exit the defrosting state. The LCD

screen will display the corresponding pattern of

each outlet mode.

Under normal environmental conditions, it is

more appropriate to set the temperature in the range

of (22-26)

When the temperature is set on the LO or HI

gear, the system will operate in a full refrigeration

or heating mode, which can realize cooling, heating

and defrosting more quickly.

- Internal and external air conversion button

Press the button to change the air conditioning
between the internal air extraction mode

and

external air extraction mode

, and the LCD

screen displays the corresponding pattern.

- Defrosting button

: If the system is in a

non-defrosting state after pressing, it will enter a
defrosting

state.

The

air

outlet

mode

automatically converted to the defrosting mode, and
the air intake mode is converted to the external air
intake mode. If the system is in a defrosting state, it
exits the state and returns to the memory state.

- Air conditioning switch

: After pressing, the

system enters the refrigeration mode, and the LCD
screen displays

refrigeration mode.

Caution

When it is necessary to melt the ice and snow on

the outside of windshield glass, the internal and
external air transfer knob should be placed in
position.

⊙

When it is necessary to melt the ice and snow on

the inside of windshield glass, the internal and
external air transfer knob should be placed in

position.

⊙

When heavy rain causes humidity increase in

the cab and fogging on the inside of windshield
glass, the A/C switch should be turned on and the
compressor should be started to dehumidify the cab
air.

In case of heavy rain or much dust in the outside of
the cab, the internal and external gas conversion

keys shall be placed in the

state.
